Specialists in Contingent Physician Recruitment
Overview

Why use a recruiter? The Internet is now saturated with employer web sites, and job posting sites diluting potential results, furthermore if a job description on the web does not match the mindset of a candidate they simply move on without contacting anyone. A good recruiter can help a candidate take a look at a position whereas a posting alone may not. Many long term placements have been made with a candidate that didn't quite see themselves in the job, or location initially.  We benefit from economy of scale by having multiple clients nationwide increasing the likelihood that we will find a candidate that may consider your job. If you are a physician, we discuss your needs, and then try to match the existing positions in inventory, or we can conduct a search tailored specifically for you. It is our business to have a presence nationwide already established so you can tap into it when needed. Even better, as an employer you incur no upfront cost to do so as we have absorbed the cost over time to develop our network. If you are a physician candidate, there is never  a charge to use our services.

A good recruiter knows how to read the subtle signs and clues that might not be apparent to someone who does not do this on a daily basis. A good recruiter communicates with each party in the process and can sense when both parties are moving in the same direction versus a misunderstanding or false assumption about expectations, or negotiations. A good recruiter can also let you know if the deal just isn’t going to happen so you can focus your time and energy elsewhere.

A recruiter is also useful during negotiations to act as a third party buffer. We can pitch an idea to the other party that may not be comfortable being done directly, or we can diffuse the emotions that sometimes present themselves while forming a lasting relationship. Matchmaker, and counselor all in one!

A search is begun with the understanding that only qualified candidates learn the name of the client. We do not send out a candidates' cv unless we have been authorized to do so.  Not being identified means that inappropriate candidates, or employers will not contact you.

Recruiting, screening, interviewing, scheduling, follow up, juggling multiple candidates, or employers  and negotiating are time consuming. Discovering that you have wasted your time and efforts on a candidate, or employer that is  neither appropriate nor interested, only compounds matters. Our staff's role is to do the ground work necessary to enable you to focus on key aspects of recruiting. After all, you have a practice, or department to run, as well as clinical responsibilities.

Our firm employs experienced and seasoned professionals that take the time to get to know your goals. Our search professionals are successful, articulate, professional and hold themselves to high standards of integrity, honesty and good faith in dealing with both candidates and clients.

Most physicians are to busy to find every available opportunity in an area, much less if they are open to many areas around the country. We strive to connect interested parties with the goal of forming a lasting relationship. If we are successful the employer, physician, community, patients, and ourselves win!
